The Mission Economic Development Corporation (MEDC) is focused on strengthening local communities by promoting economic development in Texas. We do this by assisting companies interested in borrowing on a tax-exempt basis for qualifying projects that promote job creation or retention.
With the goal of facilitating the financing of qualified projects that benefit local communities, the MEDC assists businesses with the issuance of tax-exempt and taxable financing aimed at improving the standard of living in Texas.
