Note: Annual fee is based on the original par amount of bonds and paid annually until maturity. In addition to the above, the Applicant will be responsible for all costs of issuance, including but not limited to, fees of bond counsel, underwriter, trustee, rating agencies, TX Bond Review Board (if applicable), any insurer or credit enhancement provider, lender, compliance administrator and any other parties required to complete the transaction.
